[POE2] Please help me..

I am enjoying rise of abyssal league in POE2.

I killed last boss (Arbiter of Flame) and cleared quest.

But I can't get skill point book from Doriani.

I am not sure if I lost it.

I can't find it at my storage.

Has anyone had a similar experience or knows a solution?
