Crashing after sailing to Kedge Bay

As the title say after reaching act 4 and using sail for the first time with Kedge Bay as destination the game crashed, i changed servers, changed gpu setting, cleared shader cache and waited about 6 hours to log with the character again, the loading screen say Kedge Bay, the character on select window say Kingsmarsh, on the loading screen the cogwheels first move normally then stop moving, the screen stays that way for about 1 minute then closes the game, i can log with other characters but none of them have reached act 4 yet so i cant try to see if its only that character the problem or something with the map.

this here. this has happened to me today. started act 4 on druid class and went to sail to kedge bay, crashed, then maintenance happened 10 mins later. logged in a few hours after maintenance finished and can't log into that character, others are fine but they aren't in the new league
