controller rebind

Hi everyone.
Finally, you can play the game with a controller using a PC. But there is one small thing, you can't rebind the keys as you like. That's why I had this question. Is it possible to use the reWASD program to rebind the keys on the controller as you like?
Has anyone used this? and can there be any consequences?
p.s. these are not macros or anything else,just a rebind for comfortable play.
