First boss skill book, progress blocked 0/8

Doing T15 maps,area level 79+ and have killed dozens of bosses at this point and the first boss skill book has yet to drop. I have gotten the first books for all the other mechanics. Gotta be bugged,any way to fix this?

Are you using waystones with 6 mods?

yes, i randonmly killed a boss just now with my 2nd character and he dropped 2 books. something was bugged because they should have droped the first time not the 34th or whatever it ended up being. thank you for the reply nonethless!
