Bug: Bone Cage fails to hit enemies partially underground or off-screen

Hi GGG / PoE2 Devs,

I’d like to report a possible issue with the Bone Cage skill. It appears that Bone Cage sometimes fails to hit enemies (including bosses) that are partially underground or otherwise off the visible ground / outside the normal terrain surface.

This seems unintended. Could you please verify if Bone Cage’s hit detection is supposed to work in these cases? If not, it might be worth fixing the hitbox / detection logic so that all parts of a boss / enemy that are “underground” or off-ground are still counted.

I was using Bone Cage as my safety net up until about a week and a half ago. Something would come after me instead of my minions. Pop a bone cage. Move back. They get stuck while I am damaging them and they don't hit me. That just doesn't work anymore. I can drop it an let them run over. Nothin'. I can spam the hell out of it. MAYBE get one spiked enemy. I also didn't used to have any problem with using Cascade and Astral Projection with it. It's just broken and not even fixed in the most recent patch. Or am I just retarded?
I even remember thinkin it was cool ho the Titan mobs got big, huge spikes when Bone Cage hit in Act 2.
