Polcirkelns sapphire ring just is no longer working as intended.

The ring was working fine at the start of the leage. Some where in a update it just stoped working as intended. Ememies with chill on there person arent shattering as though frozen. Please i really cant stand the on death effects especially the poison and chaos. Even running a full ice build wont save you as if you have high dps youre never really freezing most the enemies they just die out right still leaving there on death effects. Polcirkelns is the only ring that allows me to deal with most the on death effects because all I have to aplly is chill and they should shatter aa though frozen. GGG please melee absolutely sucks without Polcirkelns nor am I in end game to grind for the doom scepter.

Okay thank you, I thought I was going crazy and though that my build was completely fucked.
Hopefully they are fixing it soon!
