Sometimes click shrines makes my character unable to do any actions

As title says. I have experienced this numerous times now - occationally when I click a shrine, my character simply becomes entirely unable to act in any way other than regular walking.


I can no longer use my skills. I can no longer dodge roll. I cannot sprint. I cannot open a portal and simply get this message above about not being able to use a portal at this time.


I can also not click on the initial portal at the start of map. Effectively NOTHING works anymore until I log out of the character and login anew.

Pure speculation: I don't remember experiencing this before, but I suspect it might have something to do with me using one of the shrine buff unique sceptres, that already gives you a shrine buff permanently. I cannot really think of anything else that might be the cause of it.
