Quest Bug - Trial of Ancestors - Locate Halls of the dead

I passed through all 3 fights, found the dead body inside the green smudge but the progress stops here.

First time, all seems normal. I "left my body" after interacting with the water. Fought the 3 challenges. I talked with someone near the dead body in the green smudge, but nothing happened.

Second time. I ctrl+click warp for a new instance, now, I no longer have to leave my body, I can walk through the map, kill the mobs, fight the 3 challenges all over again but I never can "Locate the Halls of the Dead"

At this green well you should have gotten +5% maximum mana.
The boss is not in this room, but at the end of the area, after the 3 trials.
