permanent cannot get the last ascendancy passive skill point.

i have 2 character cannot get the last ascendancy passive skill point. i have defeated the chaos master at the last chaos trail but still cannot get last 2 passive skill point.
one from this season and one form last season.
character name is. turlegeneral, fairwiev.
can you take a look at them.
this game have too much bug.
btw. i have no idea my gamme frequently got frozen, screen got black out, cannot do any attack using my character during battle.

Do you mean the The Trialmaster or one of the end bossed? You need to collect 3 "Fate" keys from each of the different end bosses. Look at the table in Ascendancy class.
So you need to play at least 3 times the Trial of Chaos.

yes. i killed the trial master. used 3 keys. anyway got 2 last ascendancy point now. it show up from nowhere on one of my character. other one did not show up.
