Last Lament Bugged

Requiem from the Last Lament has been a buggy mess! It gets cancelled from a light stun, potion use, or charm proc. It also sometimes just doesn't allow me to use any skills and I have to restart the game. Please fix it already.

I have the same issue, works fine in base but breaks every time i fight a boss
