Disappearing currency when transferring to stash (ctrl + right click)

Just transferred 455 exalts to stash with 349 currently in stash via ctrl+right click from inventory. Exalts are nowhere to be seen. Extremely disturbing behavior, makes me have no confidence in the UI in this game.

I have one currency tab which was open during the transfer. I have transfered with ctrl+right click this way hundreds of times. Checked all other tabs and they are nowhere to be seen (hard to miss 20 stacks of exalts lol).

Are they in one of the lower slots of the currency tab?

Same thing happened to me, but i found out that my exalts went to the bottom of the currency tab in those empty slots. Not sure why it does that
