Cast on Elemental Ailment Missing Socketed Skill

Overnight my 5 socket Cast on Elemental Ailment is not able to activate due to the message Missing socketed skill, trying with another gem does not get the same problem.




New gem

I forgot to write that this happened after unequipping a ring with strength stat that was needed to equip my sceptre.

I have the same error. 100 Spirit available, but can't activate it.

I have the same Problem, 130 Spirit and Arc Skill socketed but it says "Missing socketed skill". This appeared when I equipped another amulet with allocated efficient Inscriptions which also doesn't seem to work.

PS: Recrafting the Cast on Elemental Ailment gem temporarily fixed the issue, but after a few minutes it came back.

Same issue here except on cast on crit. I tried making a new skill gem, but it just stopped working again when I loaded a map.
