Bug with medallion and accendancy

1. I am trying to choose buff in medallion at act 2 and can't choose anything.
2. I finished 3 floors in the trial of the sekhemas and didn't get any points from it

The medallion buff isn't a thing where you pick one and you're stuck with it, you can return to change it at any time.
The highlight indicating which buff you've taken might not be clear enough, but if you unequip your charms and belt, you can tell whether you activated or deactivated a buff by keeping an eye on your charm slots.

You only have 4 Ascendancy passive points total, and finished the scorpion boss fight?

A lot of people are confused due to Altars of Ascendancy that would grant as many points as you currently have being interactable, still having the description of "interact with to gain points". The first interactable Altar in a Trial of the Sekhemas can only be interacted with for the purpose of changing to a different Ascendancy if you first refund all of your Ascendancy passives.

1. I can't activate any medallion buff. When I open the medallion I can't choose anything. It looks like I chose both of them but nothing activated.
2. Yes I finished the fight with the scorpion boss and got nothing.
Is there 4 point in total not 8?

I did the ascendancy second time and got the points, idk why didn't get in the first time but ok.
Still got the bug with medallion...
