Currency transaction error

In the new season, there are three items on my currency trading page that were traded last season. I can't get them back now. I went back to this NPC where there was no currency trading last season, so I can only use 7 of the 10 positions on my currency trading page now. How to solve it?

Log in as a standard character, talk to Alva in Act 3, open Act 4, find Ange and take the orders.
