Plague Bearer tooltip is broken

Just hover over Plague Bearer and press Alt.

Additional granted effect tooltip is under quality, and there is no seperation (tabs) between primary and additional granted effects tooltips.

Also Quality tooltip is just using the same tooltip what primary but do not have second stat.
