Bugs: Kamasa’s Hammer, 3rd Ascendancy, connection issues

Bug in the mission “Recover Kamasa’s Hammer”: I have already defeated the boss twice and the item did not drop, making it impossible to complete the quest and receive the 2 points for the passive skill tree. Yesterday, I completed an Inscribed Ultimatum (level 61) and, upon finishing, I did not receive the points for the 3rd Ascendancy (even after clicking on the statue multiple times). I am playing on Steam (PC) and have connection issues during peak hours (7 PM – 10 PM Brasília time). Please fix these errors as soon as possible. Thank you.
