Ritualists "Ritual Sacrifice" now has an 8 second cooldown.

As the title says, this ascendancy ability for ritualist now has a cooldown after the most recent hotfix, and theres no mentions of it.

Perhaps intended?
It is however quite annoying to use now as if youre not close enough to the corpse youre trying to consume, you instead sacrifice your own life and get a single buff.
Then having to wait 8 seconds to use it on the corpse again is tedious
