Weird graphical lines in many zones

I had this happen on POE1 as well sometimes. Now I'm on a new computer with Windows 11 (previous computer ran Windows 10) and playing POE2 and seeing this again. It doesn't happen in every zone, but it happens in many of them. My video card drivers are updated. Perhaps a lighting issue?
