Softlocked in Jade isles bossfight

After Fighting the A4 boss in maps (Jade Isles), while half entering second phase, boss got stuck in the arena wall, taking damage from projectiles but nothing else and on the transition to third phase it fully locks, can't go to hideout, can't die, can't make portal.

me and my boyfriend had something similar happen, just that for us he never entered the second phase, he did not transform or anything he went into a corner of first boss room chilling there humming.

Nothing else happend, we cant die, we cant hit him , he does not hit us , we cant leave the room, neither towards the boss checkpoint nor to the second arena, nothing works. No portals nothing only logging out but the map is fully juced up with a tower and with a high rarity map even with delirium and everything!

i even have video footage of that , cause we really tried everything.
