Tavakei BossFight Act 4 bugged

Hi,

i got my 3rd character, third playthrough and i died in the same Time as Tavakei, Act 4, its bugged. The Hooded one is coming and speaking, you see items droping from Tavakei, 1 orange too, after that u click respawn, and the area is bugged. You see on the minimap all standing there, but not on the big screen, and u cannot pick anything because its an empty place.

Restart the game doesnt fix it.
