Problem with the mission: Treasures of Utzaal - Hammer of Kamasa not dropping

As described, I'm not dropping the item to complete the quest. I tried many times already but it doesn't seem to work.
I tried different filters, relogging, repairing the game files.. unfortunately I couldn't "fix it" myself.
Can you guys help me please?
