Resistances doesn’t change with runed item (lycosidae)

I had corrupted lycosidae with 3 lightning runes. Then changed all 3 to fire but game still thinks lightning is equipped. I also tried cold res still same. Whatever I equip to my off hand nothing changes. Any other slot if I remove anything with res on it then it changes but not with off hand. Please see the screenshots.

Ok its fixed now somehow, no idea how it happened. But I am %100 sure there is a bug. Its probably visual bug because resistances on the main stat page does the match with the resistances in the stat breakdown page.
