[Bug] Sinking Spire tower has no next level entrance

You can see it on the screenshot, the map is fully explored and there's no next level entrance, I'm stuck. I think it might have been caused by the extra boss stones or maybe it's the combined factor of expedition + ritual + extra boss that left no space for the exit to spawn, because all three corners are filled with some content...
