Stormweaver Multiplying Squalls + Siege Ballista

Hello!

Stormweaver Ascendancy skill Multiplying Squall currently reads as "+1 to Limit for Elemental Skills". Looking at elemental tags such as Fire, Cold, Lightning and also contains the keyword "Limit" in the ability description, Siege Ballista fulfills those conditions. However, Multiplying Squall does not appears to increase the limit on the amount of Siege Ballista's deployed. Even when given the support gem to increase Limit amount (which works correctly), the limit still does not increase.

Is the wording on Multiplying Squall correct? If so, shouldn't the Siege Ballista skill limit be increased accordingly? I would like further thoughts. I did not try other limit ability skills that fulfill the same characteristics such as Voltaic Mark.
