Level 94, hundreds of maps and all atlas bosses later...

I was told by support to post here. I have not seen a single citadel since I started playing. I am now level 93 and I have done everything else there is to do: hundreds of maps, all atlas bosses (tier 1,2 and 3) - atlas passives 95% complete, but not a single citadel.

same with me ,there must have bug or something wrong!!!

same here, I'm on my 4th alt, and I have gone different directions, straight lines for days on end etc. nothing. stuck at 8/10 boss atlas.. and now my unique maps keep changing. 3 in a row now, jade isle, fractured lake, untainted paradise keep changing what map actually opens -_- sick bugs
