Gear quality bug

I bought a helmet a moment ago. It wasn't fully qualitied up so I added quality and the armor and energy shield didn't go up I slowed down and hit 1 time it went up then hit fast and it drop I'm burnt just bought a 400+ armor and 270 energy shield helm that is somehow worse now after armor scraps it was supposed to be a future upgrade I bought it and another helm I have equipped the bugged one I'm going To put in an empty stash tab help it's a struggle enough without gear still breaking this bug sucks

this was meant for poe 2
