Minions AI and BLOCKS

Hi , please work on minion Ai . Many times enemy is in my presence area yet my minions do not attack , sometimes they run left and right from one minion to another not killing any of them . Hitting them once and changing target . Aditionally about movement and obscuring it . Mobs block my passage , its the ai tactics to block me and if i cant dodge away kil me ... but why mobs go trough my minions like they are made from the air ? In my oppinion mobs movement shuld be obscured by my minions . Im posting photo of stuck minions . First group top left is blocked by my hellhound ( hapens very often that hellhound gets blocked on narrow passages ( highlighted by green ) . but below there is one minion that got stuck on pillars ( indicated buy green ) but there is a lot of room around to move ( yellow colour ) .
