Rhoa Mount + Lightning Rod bug

The problem has manifested in the last week or better, I believe, following a patch.

Click to mount on Rhoa Mount, try firing lightning Rod does not work. You have to dismount, use lightning rod and then mount up. Usually happens each time you portal in and out or at the beginning of a new map.
