Offerings are temporary minions, but they are not

Based on the description of for example Pain Offering, the offering itself is a minion with a Limit of 1

It says it has minion aura with a radius etc.

Now the passive skill "Expendable Army" should increase its Limit by 2
The specific Limit support does work on Pain Offering, but Expendable Army does not

Pain Offering also says its barrageable?

I would really like to have Expendable Army work and use Barrage with it on my Abyssal Lich turning a bunch of culleable mobs into bonespikes

Either it is intended or not, the secriptions of either Offerings or Expendable Army need to be fixed if it is not a bug

You cannot have skills which have a maximum which cannot be modified, and then have other skills which have the specific Limit tag only to have things that change the Limit not work
