Map in range not affected by Tower

Lofty Summit that is in range of two towers is only affected by one of them. You can see that Ice Cave is affected as normal, however the Lofty Summit has lower stats due to not being affected by the more distant tower (even tho the outline of tower range encompasses the whole Lofty Summit Map as seen on screen 3).
