Demon Form bugs

While playing demon form, I have ran into some odd gameplay issues I didn't see when playing a stormweaver with the same skill setup.
* When I dodge, I move very slow until I release movement and start moving again. It did not happen every time I dodge, but I could get a few reproes out of 10 dodge movements. The slowness is like being on chilled ground and under temp chains, even when I am under no influences.
* Casting slowness: When I go to cast spells, I have to press the spell cast more than once, if I cast a different spell or dodged recently. For example, I use orb of storms a lot. After casting it, I have to attempt to cast arc twice before it casts once.

Also, I use lightning warp a lot, and I noticed as demon form, it doesn't target nearby enemies at low life.
