Gold cost of trading a little obnoxious

The gold cost for trading is currently significantly too high compared to the amount of gold awarded for playing the game. It's created a pretty obnoxious level of friction. Needs a heavy tweak downwards, or Castaway maps need to be an order of magnitude more common.
