Please let us unlock a 4th tablet slot in 0.3.1

I think the perfect solution would be to lock it behind Uber Arbiter. Not only would that drive more people to kill him, and raise the value of citadels, it would also give some more end-game juicing options.

" I want a 4th slot, but I also think it makes sense to not instantly unlock it. Like I said, this is exactly how it works in PoE, where you start with 4 scarab slots, but can upgrade to 6 in the end-game. |

If the purpose is unlock a slot, then make the player start with 2 and unlock the third later
