Tone down mana drain

Rares with mana drain rings have been an annoyance ever since the original Archnemesis league in PoE 1. But at least you can deal with them by fighting them inside the ring.

PoE 2 features a new 'empowered' version of that mod: in addition to the ring, the monster also spawns patches of mana drain ground. And they drain mana a lot faster than the ring. This is extremely annoying. Those patches can drain 1k mana within a second.

And if that rare monster happens to also have increased movement/casting speed from map mods - it gets hilariously bad. It just spams the mana drain patches all around faster than you can dodge them.

It gets even worse: this mod can spawn in Simulacrum. Which means real trouble unless you can insta-kill it.

Please tone this crap down. Reduce the mana drain speed. Increase cooldown on spawning the ground patches. Disable this mod in Simulacrum.

It should not be draining so much really but that's a balance decision I can learn to live with, in disdain, but still.

But the fact that the ring doesn't resize based on monster model is stupid.

Had one of those big crawly thingy with mana drain. Literally couldn't stay out of the drain because (1) there was like 1px of available space around it; and (2) small mobs around it kept pushing me out because the big one pushes the small ones around.

At the very least, Mana Drain ring should be bigger if the monster itself is bigger.
