Omen of light sucks
The idea of it is great. But all the high-end crafters that make mirrors every season, scooped them all up and jacked up the prices so the average player can’t even use them. Never using them again cause its not woth spending 20div just to get 8 more cold res.

The real way to fix economy in this game to rework\remove mirror

" Can you just real quick do some back of the napkin math for me on how you envision mirrors are responsible for breaking the entire game's economy? |

" ruetoo's idea that mirror servicing is the only way to use RMT to gain an advantage and print money is just kind of funny. I do not think it is even the main source. The main source is just players in places where it is a lot of money are selling stuff they farmed. Anyway rare crafting materials being valuable is good, because you can find it. " Less currency getting spend after mirror items already been crafted. Craft items becomes less relevant, players start to hoard currency to exchange ot for mirror\divines instead of crafting. If there been no mirror service, after selling the best item on trade, the second best item becomes the best on market - reason to craft not to hoard currency. Even "professional" crafters would spend a lot currency or craft new items to sell - which would make much slower inflation. In one word: there is no reason to craft, if there is a mirror item already |

" This thread is about crafting materials being too expensive. Pretty sure there are plenty of people attempting to make mirror items right now. Do you need another reason other than you might get lucky and make it for less or make it better? Do players who actually enjoy crafting need a reason other than just to craft it themselves? No. Is there a single mirror item of each slot on trade? No, there's many, right? Again, ruetoo's sentiment comes from this idea that people just RMT mirror items early league and charge for mirror service, which is what ruins the economy. I just don't think that's what it is. There are not a high volume of players mirror servicing items. There are a lot of players in less wealthy countries who can sell like 1 div for an actually meaningful amount of money though. " How multiple infinity items, make them less infinity ? |

" Okay, so I'm not sure we agree on what the word "math" means in this context. Let's start with the basics: how many people do you think are actively playing this game and how many do you think have mirrors? |

" A mirrored copy cannot be mirrored. It is no longer a mirror item when copied. Look at the items that are listed for a mirror, there are many multiple that are not. You are just repeating a ruetoo take without really understanding what it is you are talking about. At least ruetoo probably had an experience where he talked to someone who told him this was happening at some scale, and has a reason to be anecdotally incorrect.
