Towers?!
I hope this Solution you came Up with is Just a temporary one until 0.4 ? Because it Sounds soo bad for me. So every Time i have to Put my 3 tablets from my inventory into the map device? How IS the immense quantity loss compensated? Where is now any excitement exploring the Atlas? What about the cool unqiue Tablets ? Especially the Grand Project? How can i Speed travel through the Atlas now?
Such a Bad Solution... Last bumped on Sep 26, 2025, 4:21:33 AM

THANK YOU!!!
FINALLY someone with a brain I don't know why people really wanted towers gone, they were literally the thing enabling the endgame. By removing the towers the Atlas is just empty and boring. All I see is people celebrating the removal of towers, unaware that we lost A HUGE amount of both juicing, engagement, and interactivity with the Atlas |

They have multiple uses. If you can just put the tablet in your map device, and it will stay there until it's used up, then it is not a problem. Works like fragment stacks in PoE1, you just replace them every 10 maps.

Well, this is one step forward in the right direction.
Regarding your questions, they can be resolved in different ways. As for hopping over an area—why would you even need that now? Maybe just to rush citadel farming or bosses? Personally, I’d rather have things move slower for everyone than deal with getting all these broken support gems at the start of a league. Now players will move more slowly through the Atlas, and fewer areas will be generated. This makes the experience feel more controlled. The number of generated nodes is just insane in the current endgame state, where players keep running in straight lines to hunt for good tower areas.
