monster density and amount of packs around Ritual altars

I think the range of how many monsters are around a Ritual altar is too big. I often have altars with hardly any monsters, especially in maps with more narrow layouts, but it also happens in widely open spaces (e.g. only resulting in ~300 tribute).
My atlas tree is focused on amount of monster packs, pack size, number of rares etc. and the area is affected by 6 Ritual tablets increasing amount of tribute earned and other bonuses, but this still happens all the time.
