Spirit bug - unable to use minions/spirit skills

Hello,

I am playing a level 84 infernalist and I have an issue where I cannot use minions or other spirit reserving skills even though I have over 400. This has recently occured after changing my passive skills and using different skill gems.

I have tried un-equiping all of my items and gems and allowing my character to die, as has been suggested in other threads online, but this still does not fix the issue.

I have discovered that I can add minions, but only if I just have my sceptre equipped with no wand. As soon as I equip the wand I lose my minions. Also when I have the minions usable in this way without a wand, they do not show up at the top left of the screen.

This has made the game unplayable with this character until it can be fixed.

u using last gasp or those type of skill gems?
they are causing spirit issues, will randomly reset / mess up other spirit abilities
