Parrying multiple attacks in a row not working
When fighting a boss that does a 3 hit combo or something similar. I use the slowing aura of Chronomancer to slow mobs down. This gives the space to apply the parry buff, consume it with fangs of frost before the next attacks hits so I can parry and repeat.
I'll be able to time my active block (parry) before every attack. Blocking the hits, but the parry debuff tends to only apply on the first and third attack, making the parry feel non responsive and unreliable. Sometimes it does applies on the second, but won't allow me to consume the debuff as if it doesn't exist. This mainly happens on rare mobs that attack fairly fast. Also, sometimes I'll hug a slow moving enemy so its easy to get hit, but I don't get hit and therefore don't parry? Happened with quadrilla, not sure if this is evasion (I have 70% evasion rating, as it is incentivised to mitigate stun threshold for parry) or the mob somehow physically missing me while I see his arm go through me? On a side note, stun threshold still feels off with certain mobs like the melee hit of porcupines instantly heavystunning through block with a single weak looking melee attack. This makes parry also feel very unreliable as a mechanic. Lastly, another plea to allow the heavy stun bar from blocking to be set above the character like mana and life in the option menu.
