plz make corrupted items quality-changable

Since Poe1,vaal mech always work as it is,We liked that,great design.
But seeing a really good item with great vaal mods but 0 quality can be very disturbing.
and make corrupted items quality-changable wont cause anything drama,I think people will like it.
