The Black Crow boss

Why isnt this already fixed? Just tried to kill that one for 4 times in a row. Everytime I get its health down to the point it is supposed to advance the map to a different place, it comes immortal! Cant deal any damage what so ever. Tried to do damage more slowly but no change. This is game breaking! Pls fix ASAP.
