Blackflame Covenant+Doedre's Undoing

This Combination should allow Elemental Weakness to Ignite Enemies, but it does not Appear to despite the Tags lining up correctly for that Purpose. Elemental Weakness is a "Fire Spell" after all, and Doedre's Undoing makes it deal Chaos Damage. I am disappointed. </3
