Merchant tabs switching between PS5 and PC allocation

Hi,

First, apologies if this has been reported already, I had a quick look but found a lot of threads simply titled "Merchant tab" in this sub-forum.

I have a series of merchant tabs across PS5 and PC, as expected, those on PS5 are remove-only when viewed on the PC, and vice-versa.

Unfortunately, it seems that accessing the Merchant store via PC, and then PS5, is causing a strange bug, whereby some merchant tabs which were previously allocated to the PC client have ended up swapping over to the PS5 client, and vice-versa.

This is a strange issue, but it's wreaking havoc with my ability to properly sort and organise my store.

And the obligatory request for GGG to work with Sony to deliver proper platform parity for PS5 - these niche issues continue to reiterate that those of us either partially or fully playing on PS5 receive a non-ideal experience.

I don't play on PS5, but this is likely the thread that I remembered being reported for merchant tab issues switching between PC and PS5. Mentioning for whatever it is worth.

Many thanks for flagging that, whilst it appears from the title that it was solely disappearing, it does appear that it was the reshuffling I've experienced as well. I haven't yet lost any items (none of any worth that I can recall anyway), but perhaps reason to avoid logging into the PS5 until that's accounted for.

I have a similar problem, but my first account was created on PS5, and I bought additional tabs there. A few days ago, I bought a new computer and wanted to play PoE 2, so I had to buy the PC client and link both accounts. Now, the tabs I bought on PS5 are only available "remove only". Is this a technical error? Do I have to purchase it on PC?

Due to platform limitations imposed by Sony, mtx are not shareable between Playstation and other platforms. Your PS5-purchased tabs will appear as remove-only in POE2 while playing on PC.

For POE1, GGG allowed for a one-time transfer of mtx between merged accounts when they introduced their new account system, but I don't believe that could be used to transfer mtx that were purchased on Playstation.

To my understanding, yes you would need to purchase the same mtx on PC to have them available while playing POE2 on PC. These mtx would be usable on xbox as well for POE2.
