Improving the Market System in POE2

Right now, items in the market take too long to sell, even if they are good. This makes trading feel slow and less useful.

To improve this, you could add a system where developers (or the game itself) randomly “buy and destroy” items. This would reduce the extra supply of equipment, so items sell faster, and it would also make crafting more valuable since players would need to create new gear.

If your items aren't selling, it means you priced them too high or you don't have something exceptional versus what else is out there for the same or a similar price. When the market gets flooded with similar items, you need to switch to something else. You can't just do nothing and get frustrated that your item isn't selling.
DE them or price them lower. The system auto-buying things listed will just lead to more economy bloat. Probably also lead to tons of pages of useless junk listed for XX divines hoping that "the system" decides to buy one of them.
