MTR for POE2

Recommend GGG create Technical support thread for 2 similar to 1.

still having game studder, lag, and kickouts. Ran MTR for todays session and posted to paste bin for review.

Issues occur randomly, I've had a few days where game doesn't lag or have issues but other days it is happening every map. I've reloaded shaders, verified game files via steam app no real improvement for when it happens. Hopefully the MTR will help.
