Kulemak - Killed boss while being killed locks zone.

If you kill kulemak at the same time that you die i.e. Mortar totems still firing while your own death animation is happening. The zone kind of locks. Once you respawn, you cannot portal out due to it still being considered an ongoing boss fight and the loot is gone. Boss will not respawn.

Only way to fix this is to log off and select to log back in into your hideout.
