when do fix spirit gem can not be used?

the gem cast on ailment elemental, every times i change build (weapon, passive) this gem cannot be used ( iahve enough spirit, attribution requirement). Every time i change build i have to buy new gem to replace
this bug exist on patch 0.1 and now patch 0.3 it's not fixed anyone have the same problem with me Last bumped on Sep 26, 2025, 9:38:27 PM
