Realmgate Issue

Hello,

I am on my 2nd trial at the REALMGATE but spending 100 Breach Splinters.

Upon using it at the REALMGATE, it seems working but to my surprise there are no enemies in sight. I thought I can proceed right away but still cannot access the next area. Then after time runs out, there we're all the enemies at the area. Once I came out from the portal, the breach splinters were already consumed all 100 of it. Is it possible for the fix or a refund for that matter?
