Bleed from enemies is a stupid mechanic

Bleed from enemies is prety much an automatic death in any circumstance unless you get very lucky. The damage is ridiculous, single bleed is enough to drain hp to 0 in 4 seconds if you move. And you can't not move in this game because when can you stand still for 4 seconds and not get killed by enemies? And if you move you die from ridiculous DOT from the bleed. There's no way to mitigate physical DOT in this game and the bleed charm protects from a single instance of bleed so it's useless too. The only reason why it's not been a huge issue is because bleed is pretty rare in this game but if you pick the "enemies always inflict bleed" in trials of chaos - good luck, that's gg. It also is now obvious how stupid this mechanic is in the interlude 3 in the final boss fight where the boss can be almost impossible to kill because of the bleed if you're a melee build.

Wear a staunching charm with extended duration. Put a few points into charm duration on the passive tree.

Re: trials of chaos: you can gear into that being a free debuff. Anoint an amulet with Tolerant Equipment.
SSF Rise of the Abyssal Ice Strike Invoker, high survivability and fast clear speed. Deprioritize armor and resistances; prioritize crafting a weapon and faster start of ES recharge. Build is shown at level 47, end of Act 3. It tore through Act 3 like butter.
