Well of souls cooked my build!?!

Help, well of souls broke my build!

Hey guys. I desecrated my neck and ring, and gained physical damage on the ring and cold/chaos resistance on the neck. I re-equipped the items, left the area, and now I have lost almost 100 of each main stat!! Its completely broken my build as I can't use all my skill gems etc. Have I done something wrong? Or is this a known bug
